Novice Teams

Our Novice Teams are designed for young athletes ages 3–12 who are ready to be introduced to the exciting world of competitive cheerleading in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment. Athletes on Novice teams will learn foundational cheer skills including basic motions, jumps, simple stunts, and choreography, while also building important life skills such as confidence, teamwork, listening, and sportsmanship. This program is a wonderful first step for athletes who are eager to perform and be part of a team.

Half Year Prep Teams

Our Half Year Prep Teams are a great option for athletes who are looking for a competitive cheerleading experience but are not yet ready for the time commitment of our Elite teams. This program bridges the gap between introductory programs and higher-level competitive cheer, offering a structured, goal-driven season while maintaining balance for families.

Our Elite Teams are designed for athletes who are ready to take the next step in their cheerleading journey and commit to a higher level of training, performance, and accountability. This program is ideal for athletes who are motivated to improve their skills, push themselves athletically, and continue growing as both teammates and competitors. Elite athletes focus on advanced skill development in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and performance, while learning the discipline and dedication required at a higher competitive level. These teams compete at two-day events, offering athletes valuable experience in larger, more competitive environments.

Premier Teams

Our Premier Teams are designed for athletes who are seeking a highly competitive environment alongside other dedicated, motivated athletes. This program is intended for those who are ready to meet increased expectations, commit to consistent training, and perform at an advanced competitive level.

Premier athletes are required to demonstrate set skill requirements, as these teams focus on stunting, tumbling, performance quality, and execution. Athletes train in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment that emphasizes precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
