Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our tumbling program at Kingdom Elite offers athletes of all ages and experience levels the opportunity to grow their skills step by step. From learning the basics to mastering advanced passes, each class is designed to build strength, coordination, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Athletes gain more than just new skills—they develop confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation.

Recreational Class Options

TINY TOTS TUMBLING

Tiny Tots introduces athletes ages 3 to 5 to tumbling through fun, movement-based activities. Athletes build coordination, confidence, and basic body control while making new friends. Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

LEVEL 1 TUMBLING

Level 1 Tumbling focuses on foundational tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and front and back walkovers. This class builds strength, technique, and core fundamentals.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING

Level 2 tumbling develops handspring skills and connects fundamentals into combinations. Athletes work on front and back handsprings, as well as progressions like standing back walkover–back handspring.

LEVEL 3 TUMBLING

Level 3 tumbling introduces more advanced tumbling including round-off back handspring back tuck progressions and aerial development. Athletes refine power and technique as they advance their skills.

LEVEL 4 TUMBLING

Level 4 tumbling trains higher-level skills such as round-off back handspring layouts, standing tucks, and advanced variations. Athletes focus on precision, body control, and strong technique to continue moving forward.

JUMPS

This class is built to sharpen the skills that make every cheer and tumbling pass stand out. Athletes work on jump technique, height, and form, including toe touches, pikes, hurdlers, and combination jumps.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility is the foundation of great cheer, tumbling, and stunting. This class is designed to safely improve range of motion in the hips, shoulders, and back through targeted stretching, mobility drills, and strength work.

COED STUNT

Coed Stunt is where power meets precision. This class pairs male and female athletes to build the strength, timing, and trust required for advanced stunting, including extensions, pyramids, and coed specific skills like log rolls and twist ups.
